Vegan Feta, Lemon, and Chive Ravioli with Figs and Pigs

With their tangy vegan feta cheese, bright lemon zest, and fragrant chives, these vegan ravioli are full of flavor. Adding fresh figs gives the dish a bit of sweetness, while the crispy vegan bacon gives it a savory touch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package vegan wonton wrappers

  • 200g vegan feta cheese, crumbled

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

  • 6-8 fresh figs, sliced

  • 1 cup chopped vegan bacon or tempeh bacon

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Vegan butter for sauting

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix crumbled vegan feta cheese with lemon zest and chopped fresh chives


Season with salt and pepper to taste


Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface


Place a small spoonful of the feta mixture onto each wrapper


Place a slice of fresh fig on top of the feta mixture


Using a brush or your finger, wet the edges of the wonton wrappers with water


Fold the wrappers over to form a triangle, pressing down firmly to seal the edges


In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat


Add the chopped vegan bacon or tempeh bacon and saut until crispy


Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil


Cook the ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface


Remove the cooked ravioli with a slotted spoon and transfer them to the skillet with the crispy bacon


Toss gently to coat


Serve the ravioli hot, garnished with extra chopped chives and a drizzle of olive oil if desired

These Keto Snickers Oat Bars are a guilt-free treat that mimic the flavors of a classic Snickers bar without all the carbs. They're rich, chocolatey, and packed with nutty goodness!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C


Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch baking dish, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off


Put cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, melted coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl


Mix the ingredients together


Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms


Spread out half of the dough in the bottom of the baking dish that has been prepared


Warm up the sugar-free caramel sauce and almond milk in a small saucepan until they are smooth and well mixed


Put the caramel mix on top of the dough in the baking dish


On top of the caramel layer, spread out the chopped peanuts and sugar-free chocolate chips


On top of the caramel and nut layer, crumble the rest of the dough


After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown


Let the bars cool all the way in the baking dish before cutting them into pieces

Instructions:

Stir until everything is evenly incorporated

  • 10 chicken wings

  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 egg

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

  • For sauce: 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, Salt to taste, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions:

Separate the chicken wings into drumettes and flats, and remove the tips


Make slits in the flesh of the drumettes and flats to ensure even cooking


In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cornstarch, egg, and salt to form a marinade


Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes


Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and crispy


Drain excess oil on paper towels


For the sauce, mix tomato ketchup, chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt in a bowl

Banana Cream Pie Lush Parfait

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

Combine well

Put the banana cream pudding mix and cold milk in a different bowl and whisk them together until the pudding gets thick


Cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together until smooth in a large bowl


Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well mixed


Put sliced bananas in the parfait glasses on top of the crust, then add a layer of the cream cheese mixture, and do it again


Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours so they can set


Add more whipped cream and banana slices as a garnish before serving


Add chopped pecans on top to make it crunchier
